Learning and growth opportunities. I always enjoyed the challenge of solving complex problems at Deutek. The bosses have a very good nature, they always listened to me carefully and gave solutions and also considered and implemented many of my suggestions. Boss is very good natured, helpful and cooperative. During my tenure all the bosses understood my concerns and helped me a lot personally or professionally and never objected to my leaves. Flexible office timings policy, holidays and leave policy provided by management were fine. Some of the teammates were also very nice and cooperative and working environment is ok....Read More
