I just love the fact that the work is so flexible. And we get to choose the shift and stuff. The co-workers are extremely warm and friendly. I basically like the work and the company culture is just awesome. I feel like never leaving this company. Mostly it's very different from other private organisations that is the reason employees will actually like working here. You don't feel that you are an employee coz they make us feel like a team all putting equal effort to achieve a certain goal. You can enjoy binge-watching series between your work, unlike other companies. Also, employees get vacation leaves, sick leaves, maternity leaves, and marriage leaves and it's really cool to get a birthday to leave too. It's a very good place to start your professional career. The work-life balance is great.
