Talking about work culture its a bit hectic as we had high working hours but yes it was completely worth.One best thing about this place is good and rich work environment. Good will, work culture, Mentoring and learning opportunities. Than Work and passion are excellent in work place. Inter department co operation are good. I am learnt so many things. This company policies are very good for all staff and appraisals are very good and they give salary time to time . There is good work environment and the team members are supportive. Training was excellent because of good clinical instructor.career growth super, good job security , salary satisfactory as per workload. Regarding appraisal it is every year compulsory that is really benefit for staff on doubt. Thankful to our organization as they supported in our worst time foreg. Covid..
