Actually I never worked with this org But I had an interview with them. I cleared all round. But the exp of interview was horrible..in the last round the HR , probably Ms reshmi Mitra called me she asked me so many questions even the technical one. During the interview she talked in a very rude way .once the interview was completed she told me that she is satisfied with my performance during the interview and she was just checking my confidence level. She told me that she is very much impressed and Willing to offer me the job ..she told me that she will call me after one day to discuss the salary . But she never called again. So I called her to remind her of me but again she talked very rudely and told me that there is no rule that they should give me hike in my salary. So I told her that ok, but u told me that u would discuss the salary with me . She again told me that she will call me after few hours. But she never called. I ask her if she really doesn't want to give someone a job then why to waste their time and give them false hope and why did she even talk rudely .. actually they are being HR thinking themselves the president of America....Read More

Very corrupt politics, management is very poor.They won't listen to you where the problem is,if they think you are wrong then you will be moved unless and until you butter them well.Most of the time juniors don't get any appraisal and the some seniors will drink all the cream for the junior'shard work</mark>.The salary is like horrible,a labour earns more than most of us.With that mere salary employees need to work an average of 11 hours a day.You won't get any leave except for Sundays and some govt holidays.The mindset of the owner and some directors are like they own every employees and we are like servants to them....Read More
