No HR policy, No appraisal policy, No job security, No reward and recognition, No hirearchy, an unstructured unorganized place to work. Favouritism , partiality, nasty gossip are the culture of the organization. Senior Managers are totaly disaster, they only follow - divide and rules policy. Managers dont take any responsiblities of any if their team member, they use abusive language, offensive things. Even the Senior HR Managers do the same things, they even comment on employee's family on their face, they treat the emplees like a slave. Managers are always giving false commitment. No escalation matrix. The owners are heading the top management like HR, RECRUITMENT, MARKETING. They use slang for the eployees directly.
