Basically toxic work culture. No respect for doctors as patients are just a tool of business for them. No job security or fixed duty schedule. Poor salary structure.

I am very appreciate about safe working environment.Everyone is very professional.Working here is amazing,senior are also very kind & supportive.It is a great place. Desun hospital have more than 51 specialities.It is the best multi-speciality hospital in Kolkata.

It is one of the worst working culture i have ever seen, People here dont know how to behave with a new joine female. Seniors even after being married approach for affairs with a huge age difference just for their own physical desires. Very soon it is going to be the next RG KAR. It is a story of Desun Hospitals Back office.

Good salary for doctors

Unnecessary prolonging admitted patients stay ( scheme ptns like cghs or ecgs) . Doctors are forced to keep such patients admitted for minimum 10 days. If advise of discharge is written earlier doctor gets abused has to listen from administration. Very understaffed

Working hour is written 8hrs documents but actually we work for more than 10hrs.Hr policy is bull shet... Any time you can loose your job without any notice. Mr. Sajal Dutta & Saoli Dutta is worst owner I ever work with. I will suggest please go to any other organisation but don't go to DESUN for work. Worst hospital from all aspects in India.

Its a corporate sector but working here is of great experience due to a nice work culture with great work life balance and always a coperative attitude towards employees from other department and overall senior management.
