Good hike for experienced folks. I have been working here from pas one year, to be honest I have never felt pressurized or stressed except few days in year.You don't have to work hard. If you work smart that is more then enough.You can complete your work in 5 hours and u can rest for the day. Target are achievable. Working environment in this hospital is very supportive. Job security good, other senior staff are cooperative, covid 19 times protocol very strictly maintained., I'm happy to be part of this hospital. Consultant Dr very very cooperative for staff.

Dislikes

Salary is not that much good, and overtime duty per day all staff this is not good. Junior Dr behavior not good for staff nurse., Dr talking staff nurse just like nothing in hospital . This hospital Dr duty is good. But staff nurse duty not good for this type of Dr duty time.

It is one of the worst working culture i have ever seen, People here dont know how to behave with a new joine female. Seniors even after being married approach for affairs with a huge age difference just for their own physical desires. Very soon it is going to be the next RG KAR. It is a story of Desun Hospitals Back office.

Good salary for doctors

Unnecessary prolonging admitted patients stay ( scheme ptns like cghs or ecgs) . Doctors are forced to keep such patients admitted for minimum 10 days. If advise of discharge is written earlier doctor gets abused has to listen from administration. Very understaffed

Working hour is written 8hrs documents but actually we work for more than 10hrs.Hr policy is bull shet... Any time you can loose your job without any notice. Mr. Sajal Dutta & Saoli Dutta is worst owner I ever work with. I will suggest please go to any other organisation but don't go to DESUN for work. Worst hospital from all aspects in India.
