Working environment in Desun Hospital is friendly and supportive, respective each other. Work policies of Desun Hospital is really effective. Job security is good. Other senior staffs are very co-operative and friendly. Covid 19 protocol is strictly maintained. Management focus on hospital's mission. Happy to be part of Desun Hospital. When it comes to work culture and work environment its one of the best. People here are highly friendly and supportive. Everyone here will be happy to help with anything here. I don't have much idea about work area as I was hired in lockdown. Many activities will be carried out through out to keep us always cheered and refreshing

It is one of the worst working culture i have ever seen, People here dont know how to behave with a new joine female. Seniors even after being married approach for affairs with a huge age difference just for their own physical desires. Very soon it is going to be the next RG KAR. It is a story of Desun Hospitals Back office.

Working hour is written 8hrs documents but actually we work for more than 10hrs.Hr policy is bull shet... Any time you can loose your job without any notice. Mr. Sajal Dutta & Saoli Dutta is worst owner I ever work with. I will suggest please go to any other organisation but don't go to DESUN for work. Worst hospital from all aspects in India.

Its a corporate sector but working here is of great experience due to a nice work culture with great work life balance and always a coperative attitude towards employees from other department and overall senior management.
