Likes

The only measure they are taking during covid is providing hand sanatizer. There are huge salary cuts and employees were threatened that they will be put them on furlough and pressurised to visit workplace. Management is failing and there are hardly any policies in favour of employees.There is no appraisals and allowances....Read More

Dislikes

The management doesn't address employees issues. Management will look for ways to pull out employees money through salary cuts. Lack of empathy towards employees affects the overall experience of working here. Lack of professionalism in speach and behaviour

Work Details

Projects are quite interesting! They mostly hire freshers and they struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions. Work life balance is not so good and you'll be expected to stay back to complete the work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
