Good for fresher. The candidate who have communication and confidence issues can get job here easily. They focus on skills and not on education gaps and percentage.

Salary too worst for freshers. When u work as a fresher in deskera u have to struggle for single Penny work load is like a manager. U will get treated like a labour. No work life balance. Nothing to learn they are working on too old technology. Ur communication not improved. Becoz managers does not aware of English. You have speak in English. There is a ego problem between different manager. If u have skill of buttering then you uprisal will good. Else forget about it. There no outing. No any events.
