I didn't like anything about Design creation because of its terrible work environment. Only good thing about this company is the timing and no work pressure.

Dislikes

I disliked everything about working in Design creation after completing 7-8 months in that office because there is no growth, no creativity. This company do fake promises about increment and misbehave if your ask for salary on time. Principle architect of this firm use abusive language if you ask for salary and will ask you to file in case you ask him to clear the due.

The company provides growth with increasing technology. I love to work with this company due to its innovative and fast doveloping perspective. I also got experience to face clients in a team.

Dislikes

The work pressure is too much, want to face clients and work 12-14 hours a day even upto midnight. I do receive appreciation from clients but not from my managers. Managers do not value my unique strength.

Work Details

My work is challenging as I have to face clients everyday as well as execution work. All the travel gets hectic sometimes, but it's ok. I specially work in planning as well as billing department. Sometimes pressure of work is more, but manageable.
