There's no support from the Management especially HR she support only for unseen unheard things that is not the HR ethics also. Am unhappy with it and you never get support for any of your achievements there's a worst Manager and looking only for his job security than others , So you will get blamed things by him which never happened for you. He will try to prove and create all fake reports against you and HR is the big support for this....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
