Process is great they have a lot to grow. This company gave me the best friends of my life thats it and told me what i should avoid in a toxic office and culture.

Dislikes

They need a leader not a boss. Support employs with work life balance. Show some respect and vulnerability. Understand its not always employees mistake it could be the company's mistake so say sorry you will not become small. Company and employee should work hand in hand. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
