I have got a chance to work with very few genuine colleagues. Full of stubborn people, especially in the higher management.

Dislikes

Work environment is very poor. As a booming industry (fire), it is a great platform to grow. No formal training. Work life balance is very hard.

Company owners are very noble persons. They are really very helpful to the employees. Also company owner Dr. Dey is having very strong technical and overall knowledge which helps employees during job executions. Actually speaking the company owners think for the emplyees development. Jvx

Absolutely poisonous type politics created by some senior manager level employees( mechanical dept). As they are not engineers, they are doing this to prove and justify their existance. They are having lack of knowledges. They do not having any base of technical knowledegs. These men every time criticise and try to prove wrong thenew comers in the company to safe their existance. Clearly speaking that it is not possible to work with these poisonous, polluted persons (This comments applicable to specially the chief manager mechanical dept and some employees working here for long time).
