Very bad company they can't keep the promise which they told us before joining salary timing is terrible also very bad place for job and there is no future in this company

Respected Dr. Dey sir, and kind hearted Mr. M. Chowdhry sir, they guide the young new comer with all their experience and they look after the growth of their life as well. But the lower tree of the company is taking advantage of their trust.

Dislikes

No work culture belongs here, everyone is showing their seniority among the new joiners and also raise complain about them without teaching a bit. When it's coming upto the senior, they can freely forward the blame on their juniors but when it's time to appreciate the earliest all of the food. Also management is very much corrupt, they take bribe from the contractors in very smart ways, that nobody knows about it.

NOTHING AT ALL. THEY REMOVED ME BECAUSE THEY EXPECT FRESHERS TO HAVE 10000YRS OF EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE.

The director Manoj is oversmaert and thinks he know everything he was jst a pipefitting dealer illiterate trying to run eng firm

I have got a chance to work with very few genuine colleagues. Full of stubborn people, especially in the higher management.

Dislikes

Work environment is very poor. As a booming industry (fire), it is a great platform to grow. No formal training. Work life balance is very hard.

Likes

The company is venturing in the field of Fire fighting & lately into Refinery piping. A name to reckon with in the hydrocarbon sector. It is open to new business verticals giving more opportunities to employees to pool out their skills. Always open to new ideas related to design & development. Factory plays a key role, always supporting the project & other teams. High end Cooperation is received from seniors which help in key decision making. A happening company with a vision to move miles ahead. Truly it is receiving client certificates related to its good work in various projects of repute. In the end a very good organization to work with.
