Very much politics with the existing people from long time and the new comers, even after experience people they will not look into the the performance rather play politics blaming you for any cause. Managers are not individual contributors they are just to delegate work. And they call the KT as spoon feeding. You don’t have chance to discuss with your managers about your growth and opportunities
