Dentalkart is A good Company to work CEO Vikas Agarwal is doing Great But It’s important for some people to know these insights A lot of favouritism Promoting on behalf of slavery Real talent will not find a good position there No one who can listen to your problems There are people in Operations department They think they are goons of Dentalkart and they can degrade anyone and no one will tell anything to them Not only men even girls of operations department are not less then a goon They will not accept any new joinee There are 2 reasons behind this If the new joinee is better then them In terms of skills Or the new joinee is working in her own style They will play dirty politics and at last they pretends like they didn’t do anything The girls of Operations department always try to let others girls down in the office and like every time seems like they don’t have work instead of doing this Logistic is working in their own No help to anyone Egoistic reply from their female manager She forget most of the time she is also an employee and she should know how to treat employees who are working under a manager Insulting every time will lead to many things such as employee will feel in-valued and gets demotivate Marketing is Chilling all the time HR has no idea what’s going on Managers can take wfh but associates can not I always noticed the customer care manager used to take wfh or leave or halfday or I don’t know what she was doing but I never noticed her working appropriately and what’s happening in customer care god knows Once I asked someone why she is taking a lot of wfh while others employees are not allowed so someone replied that she is known. Person of management like seriously ? If someone is known she or he can do anything in the organisation irrespective of working appropriately I guess every employee should be treated properly Politics are on high level Specially by girls of this company no matter from which department but what I noticed these girls are doing politics on Next level No productivity only politics to survive...Read More
