Nothing is good about them. No job security. Without any reason they can remove. Still Working on 25 year old technology. Nothing to learn. If you join there you will degrade your ability. No process to follow. Boss are like gunda, threatening everytime. Can not stand on words said by them. While joining said 5 days working, after joining it is 7 days working even have to work on holiday. 24/7 you have to be available. Sometimes From morning 7 am to night 1 am. Saturday Sunday and Holiday have to work. If you have applied for leave they'll not approve it till last day and want you to cancel the leaves.
