Hi everyone,
I have decided to resign from my current organization due to a toxic work environment and internal politics. The management has been unwilling to align with the expectations they initially set for our team. Additionally, my ex-manager—the one who hired me—left the company, which made things even more challenging.
Since I have only been with the company for seven months and currently have no job offers, I am struggling to find new opportunities despite actively applying and attending interviews.
