Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Demech Chemical make the biggest platform for performing, any member perform here and show his capability. Many product is available for performing. Better product and R&D facility is most better from competitor. HR department is very Sincere and all time active. Always ready for helping. HR head is very gentleman and try to solve your problem. Accounts Head is same , all time ready for helping.

Dislikes

Dispatch department's some persons is not active . We are facing the dispatch problem, so materials not reach in proper time. Our Reporting Manager decision.
