I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Demech Chemical make the biggest platform for performing, any member perform here and show his capability. Many product is available for performing. Better product and R&D facility is most better from competitor. HR department is very Sincere and all time active. Always ready for helping. HR head is very gentleman and try to solve your problem. Accounts Head is same , all time ready for helping.

Dislikes

Dispatch department's some persons is not active . We are facing the dispatch problem, so materials not reach in proper time. Our Reporting Manager decision.
