Was the only proper media company in BLR
The most stingy and touchy management I have seen in my overall work experience. Employees are helpless in the constant power games being played between the US and BLR management. No long term planning, only short term fixes as and when the situation arises or their mood swings. Any conflicting suggestions are immediately targeted with the backing of HR. I didn't like the work culture in the Learning and Implementation (L&I) team under which I was hired as an e-learning content creator. The manager and the lead has no clue of the design process and efforts required for creating end-to-end WBT training courses. A person named Priya Victor is an extremely toxic manager who dictates deadlines, frequently changes expectations, and esclates even the tiniest of issues to higher management. Another person named Laveena who runs the show with Priya, is extremely insecure and uses covert ways such as backbiting, gossip mongering, and spreading rumours to gain the spotlight as the most treasured resource in the team.
