Was the only proper media company in BLR

Dislikes

The most stingy and touchy management I have seen in my overall work experience. Employees are helpless in the constant power games being played between the US and BLR management. No long term planning, only short term fixes as and when the situation arises or their mood swings. Any conflicting suggestions are immediately targeted with the backing of HR. Open slavery culture at full display.

Rather then Deluxe nobody is providing all time cab facility for every employee and five times food. So I appreciate this things. If anyone wants a comfort job then it will be the great place for them.

It's a good place to work at for people who love creativity and are drawn towards films. The facilities are equivalent to any other big names in the corporate ecosystem. I didn't like the work culture in the Learning and Implementation (L&I) team under which I was hired as an e-learning content creator. The manager and the lead has no clue of the design process and efforts required for creating end-to-end WBT training courses. A person named Priya Victor is an extremely toxic manager who dictates deadlines, frequently changes expectations, and esclates even the tiniest of issues to higher management. Another person named Laveena who runs the show with Priya, is extremely insecure and uses covert ways such as backbiting, gossip mongering, and spreading rumours to gain the spotlight as the most treasured resource in the team. It is an easy job but you have to achieve targets and that puts pressure.

It’s monotonous. You don’t get to learn anything new. When you switch to another company your experience here might be invalid because the training you received here is just meant for this. So 0 chances of upskilling. Lot of favouritism. Only bootlickers get promoted, if at all they promote. Also what they usually do is, they hire people, and give a raise after a year and then lay them off saying production is low and then hire freshers for the same job for a lesser pay.
