Dislike:- 1.The company tech leads are not qualified for even a sde-1 role job in a fang company. team leads not understand the team as a team they understand the team as a slave . because these leads are staying more than 5 years in the organization. The techelads don't know about the system in my team specially for small things even they call the whole team for discussion and in the discussion, they do a monopoly and if you ask any query they will shout on you like you asked their 1-month salary. 2. huge politics in the company the manager is not skilled up to the mark they will always support those people who are staying with them from last 5 year. when you gonna complain to the manager it simply ignores you. 3. No learning in the company won't have any vision with respect to the product.In every learning meeting, no one participates in the team and if you try to participate in the team then the lead will start torture you and treat you like you are a slave. 4.People and upper management always take credit of your work and when something goes wrong they blame the developer. The team is not good some people who have product knowledge don't wanna share knowledge and when you ask them they will. 5.
