Dislikes

Hesitation of promoting people from within who have years of the experience and know the industry well. They sometimes happen to hire people from joota and chappal companies, who don't deliver and don't care about promoting people from within who have tons o experience under their belt.

Growth becomes stagnant after a couple of years. You might be hired for one job role but asked to do another. The management makes snap decisions and is not very structured.

It varies from boring to challenging. One of my observations is that they do not utilize your skill set efficiently.
