No job satisfaction and no security, no learning and development, no planning of sales and no leadership, they hire and fire people very fast and also they make dealers and close in same year. Bad attitude of working, they use people as per their comfort and throw out when u react intelligent and smart, they only want Labour not Educated Employees. During hiring they will tell u sat sun off and after joining they will ask you for working on sat. Very disappointed with Mid management.
