After 7 years my salary only 14800 / month .job security not . Training starts last 7th year . After 7 years I had not designation . I started as a manufacturing associated after 7 years I stay same designation. This is a company policy.

Company environment bahut jyada Ganda Hai. Har Kisi Ko sirf poultice Karni Aati Hai. yahan tak ki company se PF be nikalne ke liye employee ko 1ya 2 saal lag Jate Hain. Jahan Tak career growth ki baat hai toh aap khud jaan le ki 7 Saal Baad Maat Meri salary 14800 per month thi. There is no job security at all , Anytime they can fire you for even the slightest mistake. It’s been only 10 days since i joined #Dealsflow consultancy , neither do they provide any training nor is anyone there to teach you, very poor work culture never recommend anyone to join that office !
