Company is good, caring employees, salary & other benefits are in time. Training programs also conducted for employees betterment regular basis.

Dislikes

Aftermarket Marketing department is very worst. Boss is working like Tukghlak. Morning he is saying different, evening different. He don't have any policy for working, Don't have market knowledge, He can not built team under him in his 11 or what ever years service. All good & capable people left the organization only due to his dirty politics. Sale also getting down due to his poor market knowledge but nobody is asking him so he is working like a Tughlak. Giving useless orders or ideas to his colleagues but for the job safety people who don't agree, listening whatever he is saying. Very worst department due to this man otherwise company is good. There is no job security at all , Anytime they can fire you for even the slightest mistake. It’s been only 10 days since i joined #Dealsflow consultancy , neither do they provide any training nor is anyone there to teach you, very poor work culture never recommend anyone to join that office !
