It's a multinational company. We are recognized by other organizations. Precision auto motive connectors are designing. So that challenge to achieve microns accuracy make confidence.

Dislikes

Hour billing here for all. Team leaders and managers are not doing work at all. So we are working extra time everyday for balancing the hours for the team. Work -life balance is very difficult. Also three months notice period here.

Work Details

Heavy work and high pressure. No staying, food and travel facilities.
