It's a multinational company. We are recognized by other organizations. Precision auto motive connectors are designing. So that challenge to achieve microns accuracy make confidence.

Dislikes

Hour billing here for all. Team leaders and managers are not doing work at all. So we are working extra time everyday for balancing the hours for the team. Work -life balance is very difficult. Also three months notice period here.

Work Details

Heavy work and high pressure. No staying, food and travel facilities.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Compensation is good. suitable for 3 to 5 years experienced engineer.

Dislikes

Very bad working environment. no new things to learn, within a year you will end up in repeating the same jobs

I has been really enjoyed work with the Product developments works, feasibility study, bench marking, customer 3D models and presentation. I assist Korea PD team 2.5 months on site work client's location.

Dislikes

Manager sometime not to allow my higher studies and exam off.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
