This review is not basically for Deloitte other Entities but specifically for ITS (End User Support), Huge Partiality happens between employees having background of armed forces and Civilians as most of the leaders in ITS are from Armed Forces background. Compensation is worst for civilians but at the same time it is really very good for those who have background from Armed forces. One thing which you assure here is Huge Mental Pressure and Job Security.

A Manager can either take you to next level or can force you to Quit, here in Deloitte ITS (EUS) Mostly you can expect your manager will be very polite with you but at the same time his/her actions will silently force you to quit.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Email communication for Retention?

I received a retention offer from my company and I was expecting to receive an email communication about the revised CTC approval/confirmation. My manager and I also had a prior discussion in Nov about this. Though the offer is approved, I am yet to receive a formal email. I did follow up with my manager about the same and he suggested to go ahead and inform the other company HR about my offer withdrawal. But he has not sent the email confirmation yet. What should I do? It will be a delay to inform other HR, but I will feel more comfortable and aligned with an email communication, which was anyway discussed before. Feeling stressed. Kindly suggest.
