If the manager is good, work environment is good.

Dislikes

Management is not so good, lots of politics happening in team, appraisal and promotions are given on favouritism basis.

Work Details

Work life is not good many times have to work for 12 hours and even on Saturday and Sunday, manager is always forcing to work on weekends even if you have any other plans, working in Deloitte has no personal life.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
