DELL is the most unscrupulous company to work for... They don't care for their employees at all even their versions of explanations. I was devastated while working with this company where there was no control the management had on people who were managing their businesses here on behalf of them. They are simply oblivious to the situation on the ground and only focus on their vested interests with profits and saving their business. The customers are unruly in terms of their demands and DELL squeezes the life out of you trying to keep up to their customers unwanted expectation way beyond their SOW signed with the clients. Senior Management in DELL sitting in US do not have the Knack to listen to their employees at all. All that they believe in is in the hands and eye support that they will have in their respective regions and those guys are partial and filled with nepotism to enhance their own goals to fulfill their desires and promotions. Work Details

There is no clarity on your job description and what you sign up for instead you end up doing a lot of favours to the customers who are not worth that favour. Processes are missing and they are trying to poach people from HP to have those similar process

Work timings: Strict Timings
