India culture is really sad at Dell tech. Too much of racism , regionalism . They preac over ethics and compliance and force us to do the training every year but the fact is regionalism happens here so openly and HR are like of waste who are agents of upper management. Upper management itself is the main reason of this regionalisms

They say it’s easy to move domains but I see on managers easily move domain even if they don’t know the process. But when it comes lower level employee they reject saying you need become level they require until that you can’t join
