Shift timings are good unlike other companies, who have to work graveyard shifts.

Dislikes

No yearly salary hikes, no promotions, there is no scope to learn the process, it is not a continuous process to learn and grow.

NA- Company is totally fraud

Dislikes

Management, HRs and Teamleads are very frauds. Includes allowances in CTC. Finds ways to deduct salary of an employee. No timely salaries. Tools are worse. Basically nothing is good.

Helpful seniors and Salary always credited on time. Health insurance provided. Permanent work from home.

Dislikes

Every 2 months compulsory graveyard shift (2 am - 11 am) which is very difficult and hard on the body. Salary is very low and depends on a lot of variables so before joining please ask the HR to clarify properly the in hand salary.
