beware of this worst courier commpany I have ever experienced in my whole life. service manager doesn't pick the calls, I didn't get the response from the raised query. and my parcel has been delayed for 6 days now. I still Have not received it yet as they don't understand the value of time and the things or documents of the personwhoever ordered. Companies who are using delhivery as B2B courier partner to ship their shipments has to stop using it as delhivery is totally irresponsible and unresponsive to the customers. I have worked in a delivery company for 3 years but neither was there any promotion. No promotion was received despite the manager speaking. Increment not received Only 500 to ₹ 700 rupees have been raised. There are fake promises by the manager, here only people are given the chance to move forward with the promotion of salary and promotion.
