Variety of tech stack Learning curve is very good if one joins as a fresher or with 1-2 years of experience Felxible timings

Management politics. Very incompetent product management. Work life balance suffers a lot for few teams. Work culture not good, there's always an unhealthy competetive feeling among team members. Favouritism. Pay is not at par with industry standards. No learning from seniors as most of them are incompetent. No good appraisals. The one thing I like the most about delhivery is its open culture . All seniors and juniors share same floor and juniors can interact with not only his/her immediate seniors but he/she can interact any seniors of any teams also. One will surely get plenty of opportunities of learning new technologies. One can surely get the opportunity to apply his/her idea into application....Read More

Dislikes

The only disadvantage I have faced is lack of interaction between teammates during WFH . This May be a major problem for freshers while learning new things.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
