Just a usual tech-enabled company with crappy products. Their recent launch, the so-called "OS1" is terrible. God knows what they are building out. The company do not respect talent and just relies on tech labourers to build their "just-working" and sub-standard tech products

The HR of the TPD is useless. I would advice the upper management to remove the entire team and still see no impact. They are that useless

Delhivery follow unconstitutional practices to make life of people leaving their organization miserable. Hr is useless. They are just for show piece. Managers treat you like a slave and expect you to follow their order without asking questions. This place is worst than hell. Manager will force you to work on weekends. In return you will get just more work. Also their exit policy is shit they have lieu of pay notice period clause but even if you die and your family member is dieing they will ask you to serve complete notice period. If you try to seek help from Hr will disappear and act like it does not exist. It's management is run by egoist, incompetent, toxic and evil people. I am executive but my senior manager assigned me in which are tl/manager level work, like different sheet updating etc LM/FM/HUB/IB/OB etc, but did not getting enough salary/appraisal basis of work, also not getting promotion. Our senior manager hiring his relatives who are freshers.

It's one of the worst company manager or giving full pressure to executive because of they got 50k above salary so that they put over pressure and also they don't know the work on dhelivery through the manager and asking more questions regarding company one of the worst company and don't survey here it's waste of time only.
