It's a company running only on heavy funding. Top management don't have a proper professional vision of running a business like a business. Lots of politics from top management. They have a COO who don't know how to treat people and how to make them work. Everytime and on every case, one communication only comes of "firing". They don't have a proper business acumen. There is a core team of IIM Bangalore alumni batchmates who only take decisions whether right or wrong and no inputs are considered from others. This group is only making fool of the cofounder. Basically it's a untrustworthy organization with the worst culture in the industry. Only sustaining because of heavy funding....Read More
