Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

There is no fixed office hours. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.

All team members are friendly and every metrics are very strict and during handling operation there are many equipments which is very usable and its very good for productivity. Overall it's a good workplace.

Dislikes

We should more curious about health and safety. Every GCs should aware about it and company should visit every werehouse to check near miss possibilities and which of the things or equipments are not for docks and manpowers.

Everything, it’s one of the most toxic companies in the country right now. They just want to keep running behind with giving any direction + everyone is blaming each other, and there’s no job security. Very bully place to work.

I am executive but my senior manager assigned me in which are tl/manager level work, like different sheet updating etc LM/FM/HUB/IB/OB etc, but did not getting enough salary/appraisal basis of work, also not getting promotion. Our senior manager hiring his relatives who are freshers.

It's one of the worst company manager or giving full pressure to executive because of they got 50k above salary so that they put over pressure and also they don't know the work on dhelivery through the manager and asking more questions regarding company one of the worst company and don't survey here it's waste of time only.
