After ipo company become shit ,laid off lot of employees by forcing resignation so that good image remain intact and no news come about it in public Laid off 30% of staff by force resignation

Delhivery is very good company the environment of the office bus very good. Here is benifit of WFH but the increment is not so good. Although salary comes on time.

Salary appraisal and increment is not in time. Most of the regional holiday are working eg - Eid, Buddha Purnima, Bhai duj

No work life balance , terrible presure and unethically practices , tourture on the name of presure resignation , not supprt in appraisal, boss takes toooo much of disadvantages and do not fulfill then the put under pnp with no reason, have very terrible and bad mentall situation for work

No manpower. 2 employee have to run the facility. No weekoff. If you take weekoff, the other will have to do the whole day. 365 days facility open.
