Overall delhivery limited is best logistics, also I'm working with delhivery limited from February 2018 as a field supervisor then 2022 again promote me as a ATL thanks for same. My first joining is 05.05.2017 as a field executive ( Orien )

Because our manager always talking about location change or terminate or warning letter or pip etc. And most important is one day my there years old son birthday and my manager rejected my leave. Without any critical issue for my DC operation

Working with delhivery is good but working for their FCs it like you only have job the reason behind I’m saying is you won’t get time to spend time for you, you get the calls at home , while travelling even on your weekends

Payroll team because whenever you try to correct for the attendance correction they ask to share the D’s approval, how will director know whether the person who’s present or not and even after getting the approval still we get the LOPs and then again we have to get the approvals and the LOP will create to your bank for the next month salary cycle and then we again get the LOP for the next month and this goes on...Read More
