salary is at par with market level.

Dislikes

horrible place to work unprofessional management, no employee upskilling policy, estimates are decided by manager, have to work late at night multiple days a week, do not even think about getting sick or taking a leave unless you want to get in trouble.

Dislikes

In my case I didn't find HR department helpful. Absence of fixed process sometimes creates unordered unwanted situation. I wasn't provided relocation benifit. There is little to no extra benifit other than salary.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
