Delhivery follow unconstitutional practices to make life of people leaving their organization miserable. Hr is useless. They are just for show piece. Managers treat you like a slave and expect you to follow their order without asking questions. This place is worst than hell. Manager will force you to work on weekends. In return you will get just more work. Also their exit policy is shit they have lieu of pay notice period clause but even if you die and your family member is dieing they will ask you to serve complete notice period. If you try to seek help from Hr will disappear and act like it does not exist. It's management is run by egoist, incompetent, toxic and evil people. One thing I dislike is that off-role employees are not made on-role even after 2-3 years, despite their performance. This practice should be reconsidered to recognize and reward employees for their contributions.

Working with delhivery is good but working for their FCs it like you only have job the reason behind I’m saying is you won’t get time to spend time for you, you get the calls at home , while travelling even on your weekends

Payroll team because whenever you try to correct for the attendance correction they ask to share the D’s approval, how will director know whether the person who’s present or not and even after getting the approval still we get the LOPs and then again we have to get the approvals and the LOP will create to your bank for the next month salary cycle and then we again get the LOP for the next month and this goes on...Read More
