beware of this worst courier commpany I have ever experienced in my whole life. service manager doesn't pick the calls, I didn't get the response from the raised query. and my parcel has been delayed for 6 days now. I still Have not received it yet as they don't understand the value of time and the things or documents of the personwhoever ordered. Companies who are using delhivery as B2B courier partner to ship their shipments has to stop using it as delhivery is totally irresponsible and unresponsive to the customers.
