Un systematic work and un experienced team leads and non appraisal on salary and benefits ,bad seniors and top level managers who were never asked any opinions or any supports .also they were always need company goals only never follows empathy in between staffs

Like that..You will be learn very much things in here, and There is very Opertuninty to grow as faster... Some seniors also motivated and supportive as well..

Actually..Not dislike..But Due to no such extra activities doing by management like, Sports or Any other activities for refreshment,,If it will started in the organization then it could be very helpfull for every person...I think it will be also develop work satisfaction and work efficiency.

Totally depends on the team you are working with. Initially I used to like it because of a certein manager who would respect and trust my judgement. For some time, there was a growth.

Work culture, colleagues. There is no transparency and everyone is just looking out for themselves while sabotaging other people's careers. Poor work life balance and a lot of dreamy expectations which are not even communicated properly.

Less time to prove yourself as good working employee. I joined company in oct 2023 to feb 2024.my target was 20 tons and three onboarding. I have on-board two clients nd 3tons . I was focusing on a client name affy pharma regularly following the client to be onboarding nd give some consignment but that time the customer was busy in internal audits and asked me they will use our services after completion of internal audits but my manager Mohd Dilshad and HR Elvic colaco pressurized me to resign as soon as possible on basis of poor work performance...if they will give me another week then.
