Stay backs without any reason eans after stay back only we can reveals that total unproductive reason. Once in a month Stayback is required,we have to do loads of work apart from classess,which can be done by admin team too. Also we have sacrifices our working days which is really not appreciated.like 1st Saturdays,3rd Saturdays.
