New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Stay backs without any reason eans after stay back only we can reveals that total unproductive reason. Once in a month Stayback is required,we have to do loads of work apart from classess,which can be done by admin team too. Also we have sacrifices our working days which is really not appreciated.like 1st Saturdays,3rd Saturdays. Also we have instructed to not do any tuition but as far I hv seen and know my colleagues are doing tuition and students are also taking advantage from them, which is not acceptable at all....Read More
