Salaries are late. The school management is sometimes very rigid to make correct decisions and can be easily manipulated. Growth is also on your luck. There is no solid work culture and decision making by management is not good at all.

Management during exam,during transportation, exam routine, teachers duty allotment, work life balance is zero,after school dispersal we have to work till 6:30 or sometimes beyond 7pm too. Stay backs without any reason eans after stay back only we can reveals that total unproductive reason. Once in a month Stayback is required,we have to do loads of work apart from classess,which can be done by admin team too. Also we have sacrifices our working days which is really not appreciated.like 1st Saturdays,3rd Saturdays. Also we have instructed to not do any tuition but as far I hv seen and know my colleagues are doing tuition and students are also taking advantage from them, which is not acceptable at all....Read More
