Worst experience ever. Low knowledgeable people with politics. Bad headmistress and Principal. If you love internal politics you may work here . If you're wondering do worst school exist DPS JAMNAGAR is a best example. Good teachers are forced and mentally tortured to resign as they cannot tolerate excellent academic faculty. A teacher here is blamed for all good things she does. Only people in higher authority may enjoy their job . Rest are like slave. You'll be forced to teach wrong just because a low knowledgeable person in higher authority says so. Headmistress is so sweet that she will treat you like her house maid . She will shout at you at the matter that is not even a concern. That too in front of kids. Heavy workload and illogical deadlines. Many good teachers have resigned so far as they were mentally tortured everyday. Salaries doesn't even get upgraded. If you ask salary ,be sure to apply for a resignation coming your way (politics) . My experience was such that I've decided I will never work for any other DPS INSTITUTES. No basic manners or mutual respect.
