There was nothing good about working here. Exploitative management, the owners of the schools treated all the employees as their personal labour; finding ways to deduct salary, make people work long hours, no respect. Would not even provide cup of tea and CCTVs even in staff room to hear and record the teachers

Polictics and poor work management,

Work Details

Its hectic, and lot of paperwork hinders the daily focus of teacher on students, teachers are so lost in completing and compiling papers not able to focus on main objective of a teacher.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
